OEM and private-label projects usually start from a proven existing model. We confirm material, size, unit weight, color, logo or artwork, packaging and quantity before sampling. Selected new-mold projects are reviewed from drawings or reference samples.
Factory & Production Capability
Platvex operates an approximately 13,500 m² manufacturing site in Huangyan, Taizhou, with around 120–160 employees and about 10–12 molding, finishing and packing lines. The site handles injection molding, finishing, inspection, packing and finished-goods preparation for B2B orders.

Thermoplastic items are produced through material and color preparation, injection molding, printing or finishing where required, inspection and export packing. Melamine items follow a separate molding and finishing route. Final steps vary by product material and structure.
Material & Color Preparation
PP, PS, HDPE or ABS is selected by product specification. Resin, color/masterbatch and drying requirements are prepared before molding.
Injection Molding
Around 30–40 injection molding machines are supported by automatic feeding and drying, mold temperature control and chillers for repeat production.
Printing & Finishing
Screen/pad printing and finishing are arranged when required. Logo position, print appearance and color are checked against approved artwork or samples.
Packing & Export Preparation
Products are counted, protected and packed in the confirmed format, then export cartons, labels and carton marks are checked before shipment.
Quality Control for Bulk Plasticware Orders
Quality checks follow the approved product specification and buyer requirements. Material, dimensions, unit weight, molding, appearance, decoration and packing are checked through production. Where required, third-party food-contact testing can be arranged to the buyer-specified destination-market standard.
